Scope one decision
We agree on the question the diagnostic must answer: why an initiative is slipping, where a migration should start, or whether a particular AI development pilot is ready. We also identify the code, documentation, and people needed to answer it.
What is included
An initial working session, review of the agreed materials and codebase area, and a findings walkthrough. Access, interview count, review depth, and schedule are written into the scope before the engagement begins.
What you receive
A written assessment of the main constraint; a prioritized list of risks and unknowns; recommended next steps with dependencies; and a proposed implementation sequence. Estimates include assumptions and uncertainty so the team can use them to make a decision.
What comes after
Your team can use the findings independently, engage me for a defined implementation project, or arrange hourly support. Buying the diagnostic does not commit you to further work.
Price and timing
The diagnostic is quoted at a fixed price once we agree on its boundary and access requirements. Implementation, penetration testing, formal compliance audits, and ongoing support are separate unless expressly included.
